Determining the policy and supervising the proper implementation of administrative activities at the university

Implementation of university policies and guidelines in the field of administrative and employment affairs

Preparation and arrangement of by-laws, circulars and the required administrative instructions to be submitted to the relevant authorities based on the rules and regulations of the university and notifying them to all units after approval

Supervision of attendance, full-time plan, overtime, appointment, missions and transfers of the staff (both academic and non-academic)

Supervision of the implementation of disciplinary regulations and collecting documents on employee misconduct and referring them to administrative misconduct boards

 

Studying and reviewing job categories of university jobs and providing corrective comments and suggestions to relevant authorities in cooperation with the university budget and organization manager

Planning to recruit the required non-faculty human resources of the university and providing the necessary plans and proposals, as well as performing affairs related to the employment of both faculty and non-faculty employees

Creating and maintaining a personnel database as well as service and administrative records of all university personnel

Preparing plans related to the general welfare of employees and monitoring the proper implementation of these plans

Supervising the proper implementation of laws and regulations related to administrative affairs delegated to the student deputy

Planning and supervising the best methods of university employment affairs

Participating in various meetings and commissions and commenting and making necessary suggestions

Supervising the correct implementation of employment regulations and providing the necessary guidance

Collaboration with the budget and organization management of the university in preparing, adjusting and modifying the collection of job descriptions, charts and organizational positions of the university

Taking care of the welfare and retirement affairs of employees and making the necessary decisions

Carrying out the affairs of the Central Secretariat

Doing staff training

Collaborating with the University's monitoring and evaluation management bodies in staff performance appraisal

Supervision of the performance of the units which are under the supervision of administrative affairs manager

Performing other tasks assigned by the superior authority
